Background

The HIV Epidemic and Human Rights Advocacy tools are designed to offer easy access to a series of advocacy tools that can be used by parliamentarians, government officials, members of the judiciary, lawyers, civil society organisations, people living with HIV and all interested institutions and individuals to promote and implement a human rights approach to the response to HIV.
