I was born in Stellenbosch, but spent fourteen years of my childhood in Johannesburg.

Experience:
During 2015 I worked as a research assistant in the South African Research Chair in Property Law.
During my studies I did internships at Cullinan & Associates (an environmental law firm), the Legal Resources Centre and Origin Systems (a legal and software consultancy firm).
I was involved with the student organisation Students for Law and Social Justice at branch and national level from 2011-2014.

Academic fields of interest:
My main interest is in the relatively new field of climate change law which brings together human rights, environmental law, economics and related fields.
